During a cash bar, beverages are sold on an individual cash basis. During an open bar you select and pay for the certain beverages to be served to your guests. A 15% gratuity and applicable taxes (6.25%) will be added to your account. Providing free beverages to your guests is a nice gesture. To make sure you are kept aware of the beverage consumption during your event, we will discuss and set limits during the planning process. Once that limit has been reached, you will be asked if you want to continue providing beverages to your guests or if you would like to switch to a cash bar. We also offer flat fee pricing for the open bar. The fee will be set based on what beverages are included and for the length of time they will be served. For keg beer, it is not necessary for you to tell us ahead of time how many kegs you’ll need. We will make sure we have plenty of beer on hand. You only need to tell us that it is ok to continue tapping kegs. This way, you only pay for the amount of beer that you actually need.
