Dinner Buffet

 

The per person prices listed below include one potato, one hot vegetable, 2 salads, homemade bread, butter, coffee at a coffee table, and water at the bar.  Additional potatoes, vegetables or salads can be added for $ .50 per person per item.  Our buffet prices include a full set up at the table for the wedding party and family (total count not to exceed 10% of guest count).  Dinner for this group is served family style at the table.   All of your guests are served on china dishware.   The tip rate for Buffet Style service is 12%.

Stepped up Table Service for Guests:

The standard buffet includes plates, silver, and napkins at the buffet.  Coffee is available at a coffee station and water is available at the bar.  At your request, we can do the water, coffee, napkin, and silver service at the table.  Doing water and coffee at the table makes for an eye appealing look in the room and actually reduces your beverage bill.  Ask us for more details.

Family Style

Buffet Selection Price plus  $ 2.95

Family style dinners are served at the table.  All tables will be set with place settings that include a china dinner plate, water glass, coffee cup, silverware, and a white linen napkin.  When serving this method, water and coffee are also served at the table.  Tip rate for Family Style service is 15%.

Plated Menu Options

 

When selecting a plated meals, all tables will be set with place settings that include a water glass, coffee cup, silverware, and a linen napkin.  Dinner service includes a plated salad and homemade bread followed by the main entrée.  Water and coffee are served at the table.  A 20% gratuity will be added for this type of service.

 

We offer two types of plated options.  The first is where you include two types of meat both served in smaller portions on the same plate.  The second type of service is where you select two meals each with different meat.  You then let your guests select the meal they would like when they return their RSVP.

Single Entrée Meals

Cornish Game Hen      $14.25

Whole Cornish game hen served on top of a bed of wild rice with fresh herbs.

Pesto Pasta      $12.75

Linguini with herb roasted Roma tomatoes and pesto finished with Parmesan Reggiano. 

Tortellini & Proscuitto      $13.25

Tri-colored tortellini served with sautéed Proscuitto in a roasted red pepper and smoked Gouda cream sauce.

Herb Roasted Chicken     $15.75

Half of a semi-boneless chicken pan roasted with fresh herbs.  Served in its natural juices along with your choice of potato and vegetable.

 

Herb Roasted Pork Loin      $15.95

Herb roasted lion of pork served with your choice of potato and vegetable.

Beef Short Ribs      $16.25

Boneless beef Short Ribs braised in a rich port wine and beef jus.  So tender that it pulls apart with a fork!

Teriyaki Salmon      $16.95

Grilled teriyaki marinated Salmon topped with a warm pineapple and papaya salsa.  Comes with your choice of potato and vegetable.

Stuffed Quail      $17.75

Two semi-boneless quail stuffed with golden rice and roasted.  Served with honey balsamic glaze and your choice of vegetable.

 

Shrimp and Crab      $18.95

Giant Black Tiger shrimp sautéed and served a top a Maryland Blue Crab Cake with citrus vanilla sauce.  Includes your choice of potato and vegetable.

 

Rib of Beef      $19.95

Fresh choice Rib of Beef slow roasted and served au jus, with twice baked potato and your choice of vegetable.
